At Cleater Skincare, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and reliably.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Local orders: 2–5 business days

  • Nationwide orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Cleater Skincare is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
